Sony goes official with Xperia Z2



Sonys rumored smartphone Sirius is now official from the Japanese multinational electronics manufacturer. Today at the companys Mobile World Congress Press show, the firm announced their next generation handset and their 2014 flagship phone, the Xperia Z2.

From the design, the new phone resembles its predecessor, the Xperia Z1, slightly tall in height with the same dedicated camera button on board and IP 58 certifications, proving dust and water resistance. The Xperia Z2 comes along sporting Sonys advanced in-ear headphones MDR-NC31EM with noise cancellation out of the box.

The new Sony smartphone, Xperia Z2 has got a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with Krait 400 CPU cores, speeding at 2.3GHz and a Adreno 330 Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), 5.2-inches TRILUMINOS IPS screen of 1080p resolution display with the companys own Bravia screening technology, three gigabytes of Random Access Memory (RAM), 20.7 megapixels primary camera on the back with Exmor RS for mobiles CMOS sensor, attributing 27mm G Lens tech with f/2.0 aperture and features a LED flash light, the snapper is capable of capturing 4K videos at 30 frames-per-second, a 3,200mAh powered battery and running Androids version 4.4 KitKat operating system with Sonys custom Xperia User Interface on top. You will see the Xperia Z2 in Black, White and Purple color options hit the store shelves, as Sony promised us to launch their new phone to the markets, by mid-March.
